 Very easy to adjust the length of the rope. The rope itself is durable and may win in the battle vs. toes. Grips are comfortable and the rope moves easily around the grip.

I believe it's a good product. I ordered the wrong size. I'm a petite and I got the super large without knowing it. What I did instead of returning it I figured out a way of shortening it. I unscrewed it at the end of the handle then I pulled the cord which it was secure by a metal ring difficult to uneasy it but I was able to do it and ta, ta, ta!! put the screw back on the handle and tried to jump with it... I hadn't done since I was 12 years old... I still can!... Mmmmm How the time has passed my by?!!!

This works well but you have to crimp the ends that hold the rope in really well or it will come apart if you accidentally step on it. Once I used vice grips to really crimp the ends, it was fine.

Super good quality rope - best to carry your own rope to the gym and have it optimized for your height and jumping preferences than always tripping on the common ropes at the cross fit gym...
To shorten simply tie a not at the end and cut whatever can't be stuffed back into the handle
